Southern Vales Family Chiropractic is happy to offer running groups for both new and experienced runners. Whether you've never run a kilometer in your life, or enjoy running on a regular basis, we have a group that you are welcome to join.
"Couch-to-5k" Running Programme
A programme for people that want to get into running, but don't know where to begin! This is for absolute beginners - no previous experience necessary. We run this 9 week programme every October. The fee for the 9 weeks is $40, with all proceeds going to a different charity each session. For more information, click here, or give us a call any time at the clinic.
Saturday Morning Running Group
Our weekly running group that meets year-round, rain or shine! Meet at the clinic Saturday mornings at 7:00am for a 7:15 start.
